Payment Requirements

• All payments are required in advance before services are rendered or materials are delivered.
• Card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment gateway.
• There is no recurring billing unless a separate subscription offer clearly states it before purchase.
• The billing descriptor shown on your card or bank statement is COMFORT KNOWLEDGE.
• If a charge looks unfamiliar or incorrect, contact support@comfortknowledge.com and we will review the order and refund it where a refund is due. Contacting us first is a request, not a condition of purchase, and it does not affect your right to dispute a transaction with your card issuer.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards through our hosted checkout. Bank transfer is available for some orders when arranged with support before checkout. Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure form: this website never collects, transmits, or stores full card numbers.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Card refunds are issued to the same card and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your issuing bank. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
