This policy explains how Comfort Knowledge ships physical learning materials and delivers audio resources, bundle downloads, and online course access.
Physical Shipping
Our books, workbooks, flashcards, worksheet packs, and bundles are printed products that currently ship only within the United States. A flat $5.99 shipping fee is shown at checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, and standard delivery takes a further 3-7 business days. Every physical order ships with carrier tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves our facility.
Digital and Audio Delivery
Audio resources, the digital components included in bundles, and online course access are delivered by email within 1 business day of payment confirmation. The email contains a download link for audio and PDF files, or sign-in details for course access. Digital items do not require a shipping address.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If a physical order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact support@comfortknowledge.com with your order ID. We will trace the shipment with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a full refund if it cannot be located. If a digital delivery email has not arrived within 1 business day, check your spam folder and then contact support so we can resend it.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Contact support@comfortknowledge.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction.
